Tips for Gluing Origami

Although serious origami artists avoid cutting and gluing, sometimes a model or project can made more beautiful or useful with a spot of glue.

Besides bringing a plethora of new paper choices to the market, the scrapbook industry comes to our aid again with wonderful glues and adhesives designed especially for paper.

I especially like Scotch Quick-Dry Adhesive because it dries quickly and comes with a precision tip.

Sticky foam strips and dots attach parts and add dimension at the same time. For example, see this Valentine card.
